Creative eCommerce agency Ideacto designed and implemented the Samsung Polska product zone in the RTV EURO AGD online store. Shop in Shop (SiS) aims to support euro.com.pl users in choosing and purchasing the right equipment of the leader in the mobile device market.
The goal of the Ideacto agency was to create an online zone within the euro.com.pl website dedicated to Samsung Polska, which will facilitate the search and purchase of brand products. The agency's activities included the design of functional mock-ups, graphic creation and implementation of a consulting and purchasing platform.
The resulting SiS zone contains complete data on categories and products. On the main page, users can get information about what's new in the manufacturer's offer, promotions and bestsellers. In turn, in the product categories, the leading ones were singled out: Smartphones, Tablets, TVs, Accessories and household appliances. In the latter there are subcategories for appliances: Microwave Ovens, Refrigerators, Vacuum Cleaners, Hoods, Ovens, Hobs, Washing Machines, Dishwashers.
Already at the stage of creating the SiS strategy, Ideacto assumed a departure from the marketing, standard communication of the store's offer:
We wanted to present the brand's products in a slightly different way. We focused primarily on the user and how to make it easier for them to choose equipment, provide the necessary information about the functions of the products and explain their complicated technology — explains Karolina Romińska, Project Manager at Ideacto responsible for project coordination.
To achieve this goal, a guide section has been created for each category in SiS, thanks to which users can find comprehensive information about the offer, search for the product that best suits their needs and choose the most advantageous option for themselves.
Ideacto's cooperation with Samsung Polska did not end with the implementation of the zone. Currently, the agency provides permanent services to SiS in the field of copywriting, graphic support, usability and IT.
