Creating from scratch
We conducted a comprehensive e-commerce design process - from market analysis of the business model (Business Model Canvas + Service Design), through naming and branding, to UX and UI design along with implementation guidelines. The project won the main Design award at the e-Commerce Poland Awards competition.

Bringing a comprehensive perspective
Based on in-depth interviews and analysis, we created a concept for a corporate website that supports online sales processes, and then we designed and implemented it on the WordPress platform.

As a result of a series of workshops supplemented by market analysis and in-depth desk research, we developed a strategy and concept for the brand's entry into e-commerce.

We conducted an in-depth application design process supplemented by a series of user tests, aimed at designing an application tailored to the needs of bank advisors.
Step into the future
We conducted an analysis of the sales processes at the presentation layer of the store. Based on this analysis, a report with recommendations for changes was created, which helped increase sales and lower key parameters for online sales.
E-commerce approach in insurance sales
For one of Ergo Hestia's brands, MTU, we developed a concept for a service offering third-party motor insurance.
Optimizing lighting
We conducted an analysis and created recommendations for optimizing the e-commerce platform in the lighting industry.
Usability for second-hand items
We completed the UX design and graphics project, and then implemented a B2B platform to support online sales of 'second-hand' segment products.
From zero to one
While collaborating with a startup aimed at simplifying the car selection process for end customers, we developed the strategic concept, information architecture, UX layer, and UI of the application.
Comprehensive oversight of online transformation
In collaboration with Mama Studio (branding), we conducted a comprehensive redesign process for Enea.pl website. We were responsible for market analysis, strategic workshops, AI design, UX, UI, and user research.
