Creating a mobile dimension to e-commerce
We developed a responsive version of the website based on in-depth data analysis and utilizing Service Design methodology. Additionally, we conducted a redesign of the online store with the aim of not only optimizing the UX layer but also modernizing and emphasizing the premium nature of the brand.
Redesign of the presentation page for Woodsigner
Woodsigner is a dynamically developing company that offers comprehensive services related to interior design, renovation, manufacturing and delivery of custom-made furniture. Woodsigner's goal is not only to provide quality services, but also to create a space that reflects the personality and lifestyle of their clients.

Design and implementation of services
Using service design methodologies, we developed a strategic concept for the brand, complementing the e-commerce channel of Pernod-Richard's offerings, and then designed the frontend layer of the platform.

We developed a set of guidelines along with graphic design for optimizing the transactional mobile banking service.
Working with Polish ecommerce legends
As part of the consortium, we executed a multi-stage redesign process for the Merlin.pl store, where we were responsible for developing the strategy, gathering requirements, auditing the existing solution, as well as designing the UX and UI for the new storefront.

We conducted an analysis and created recommendations for optimizing the e-commerce platform in the lighting industry.
E-commerce approach in insurance sales
For one of Ergo Hestia's brands, MTU, we developed a concept for a service offering third-party motor insurance.
Step into the future
We conducted an analysis of the sales processes at the presentation layer of the store. Based on this analysis, a report with recommendations for changes was created, which helped increase sales and lower key parameters for online sales.

We conducted an in-depth application design process supplemented by a series of user tests, aimed at designing an application tailored to the needs of bank advisors.
