Purpose of the project
All our efforts were directed towards enhancing the usability of the store, consequently boosting customer engagement, resulting in prolonged website visits and increased exploration of various subpages.
We developed a responsive version of the website based on in-depth data analysis and utilizing Service Design methodology. Additionally, we conducted a redesign of the online store with the aim of not only optimizing the UX layer but also modernizing and emphasizing the premium nature of the brand.

Adhering to the principle of mobile-first, we focused our efforts on improving the store for mobile devices. However, we did not forget about the desktop version. From the outset of the project, we approached it very comprehensively.
Our UX specialists conducted an in-depth data analysis, allowing us to identify which elements of the service needed improvement. Subsequently, guided by the obtained results, designers began creating wireframes, based on which UI experts designed the graphics of the service. We aimed to increase the readability and intuitiveness of navigation throughout the store. Therefore, we redesigned the product card and category structure to best reflect the brand's product range.
The created designs were systematized into a design system format, which was then handed over to a friendly implementation company with whom we cooperated to ensure consistency in the implementation of the UX/UI projects developed by IDEACTO.
