Creating from scratch
We conducted a comprehensive e-commerce design process - from market analysis of the business model (Business Model Canvas + Service Design), through naming and branding, to UX and UI design along with implementation guidelines. The project won the main Design award at the e-Commerce Poland Awards competition.

Through a series of workshops with the client and in-depth market analysis, we developed a strategy and concept for e-commerce development.

As part of the consortium, we executed a multi-stage redesign process for the Merlin.pl store, where we were responsible for developing the strategy, gathering requirements, auditing the existing solution, as well as designing the UX and UI for the new storefront.

We developed a set of guidelines along with graphic design for optimizing the transactional mobile banking service.
Design and implementation of services
Using service design methodologies, we developed a strategic concept for the brand, complementing the e-commerce channel of Pernod-Richard's offerings, and then designed the frontend layer of the platform.
Externalizing the inner voice
With our partner, IT Dev, responsible for the implementation, we developed the functional and graphic design for the intranet.
