Ideacto Agency strengthens competences in the field of web analytics and CRO

The research and design agency IDEACTO strengthens its competences in the field of web analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Marcin Cichoń has returned to the IDEACTO team, who will assume the position of Head of Growth.

IDEACTO specializes in the design and implementation of useful and functional eCommerce processes. Most of its projects begin with an analysis of user behavior and needs. Therefore, web analytics and conversion optimization are very important in the projects implemented by the agency.

Marcin Cichoń has returned to the Ideacto team, who as Head of Growth will be responsible for the development of the agency's analytical competencies. Together with Nikod Krajewski (CEO), he will also work on the development of the IDEACTO offer and activities in the field of sales and marketing.

Marcin Cichoń worked at IDEACTO between 2012 and 2015 as the Chief Operating Officer. He then headed the performance marketing agency Digital Hill as part of the Unity Group. For the last year, he managed the Internet Marketing Department at Nest Bank where he was responsible, among others, for the implementation of a new website, analysis and optimization of CRO and advertising campaigns implemented on the Internet. He is an academic lecturer in postgraduate studies in the field of Internet marketing, a speaker at many industry conferences and co-author of the largest Polish publication on eCommerce (Bible of eBusiness).
