The creative eCommerce agency Ideacto makes the Quality Bible available on the Internet. Under the name of the publication are the checklists — the agency's know-how in managing web projects.
Checklists were originally an internal document of Ideacto, created based on the current work of the agency's employees. Used on a daily basis, they allow the team to efficiently manage projects.
We know how useful checklists are in everyday life — says Marcin Cichoń, Chief Operating Officer of Ideacto — We use them when shopping or organizing family events. They work just as well in our work. By controlling each stage of the project, we can monitor our activities more effectively. Checklists definitely make it easier to organize tasks. Above all, however, they allow us to maintain a high quality service at all times.
Checklists created by Ideacto refer to each stage of building a website. Among them we will find a list of activities foreseen for the launch of the project, functional design, graphic creations, technological implementation and closing of the project. The publication is complemented by guidelines for SEO tasks and preparation for data analysis with Google Analitycs.
The Quality Bible checklists are now available online. As the name of the publication indicates, it is intended to be a marker of good practices in project management, which guarantee the timely achievement of the objectives set.
The idea for the publication of the checklist was born after one of the educational events organized by the agency. During the Ideacto Academy dedicated to web project management, the topic of checklists was discussed. It aroused great interest from the participants. At the end of the event, many of them asked us to share these documents — explains Marcin Cichoń — This convinced us that it is worth sharing our knowledge and experience more widely.
The Ideacto publication is dedicated to all people involved in running a business on the web, as well as those who are interested in the issues of managing Internet projects.
The campaign is supported by: Marketer+, Nowy Marketing, MamStartup.pl, Marketing in Practice, Online Marketing Poland, Mensis.pl, Sprawny Marketing.
