A new edition of the Forest Tourist Guide has appeared on the network. In the new version, not only the address has changed, but also its concept and graphics have been completely changed.
The new version of the portal not only presents the LP accommodation base, but also contains information about interesting places in the Polish forests, allows you to plan a trip or share opinions with other users.
With the help of a simple search engine integrated with a detailed map, you can quickly and easily get complete information about the recreation and accommodation base provided by foresters. The portal presents more than 1160 forest facilities of various types, including training and recreation centers, hunting lodges, trails, camps, etc.
The portal also presents the forms of activity loved by Poles — cycling, Nordic walking, horseback riding and many others. Foresters will also advise you on how to spend time safely in the forest.
While working on a new version of the Forest Guide, we decided to completely change its previous concept. The new edition was intended not only to offer a good dose of information about where and how best to spend your free time in the forest, but also to be a place to exchange experiences, opinions, ideas and serve to establish contacts with other people with similar interests. Thanks to this approach to design, we were able to move away from the previous one-sided communication in favor of a two-way dialogue with the users of the site. In this way, we were able not only to involve users in the creation of the website, but also to encourage an even larger group of people to visit Polish forests — says Tomasz Lizoń, Ideacto interaction designer.
Responsible for interaction and graphics design interactive agency Ideacto. This is another implementation of the service designed by Ideacto for State Forests. A few months ago there was also a new version of the corporate LP website.
