In September 2013, the Ideacto Interactive Agency started cooperation with the PZWL Medical Publishing House, which is the oldest and largest medical office in Poland. Ideacto's tasks include managing social media activity, from fan page administration to running promotional and customer image campaigns.
The specialized community on the profile brings together medical students, doctors, pharmacists and scientists, and the main emphasis is on brand promotion on the Internet, actions aimed directly at current consumers and attracting new ones.
Since October 2012, Ideacto has also included the PWN Bookstore and the fan page of the iBuk.pl online reading room, which the agency took over in February this year. Ibuk is currently the largest virtual database of academic and specialist publications in Poland, offering the possibility of buying or renting e-books. In both cases, the agency is responsible for the administration of the profile, graphic design and creative activities related to the promotion of the brand online and offline.
